I know you may be thinking I don’t have any leadership ability, that’s also what I thought when I first was introduced to this business. I thought only people who had prior leadership skills can do a business like this. I was wrong, you need to always know everything and be this perfect leader for your team. Over time this business can teach that because with the experience that you get people are going to naturally gravitate to you anyway.

I know one of the reasons people get involved in network marketing is for time freedom. People are looking for ways to spend more time with their family and friends not to be so burdened with work all of the time. There are those of us who really love what we do and wouldn’t trade it for the world and that’s fine as long as that person’s passionate about what they do and their happy.

Even if you love what you do you still want more time with family and friends at the end of the day. It does take time to create time freedom and it all depends on the type of time freedom you want to have. Luckily in network marketing, you can achieve that goal of having time freedom.
